Because all contributions we receive are used immediately to support our ongoing programs and humanitarian activities, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds or Cancellations

All donations and contributions made to the Brigada 14 de octubre—including those sent through Western Union or any other international money transfer service—are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been completed and funds received, we are unable to:

• Reverse or cancel the transaction

• Issue partial or full refunds

• Return funds to the sender

2. Verification of Transactions

Donors are responsible for ensuring that all donation details—including recipient information and transfer amount—are accurate before sending.
If a transfer was made in error, please contact Western Union directly to determine whether the transaction can be adjusted before funds are collected.

3. Incorrect or Unauthorized Transactions

In the rare event that a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, please notify us immediately at +593968749771 and report the issue to your payment provider.
We will cooperate with relevant authorities or the transfer service to resolve the issue where possible.
